Fitness can take many different forms.<\/p>\n
For some its cardio, for others it\u2019s playing a sport.<\/p>\n
For one community in Jacksonville, Illinois, their fitness comes during a weekly session called \u201cStronger Together.\u201d<\/p>\n
Stronger Together is a free one-hour program every Tuesday at Fitness World Health Club. It is designed for those living with special needs or disabilities.<\/p>\n
“It’s more than just physical fitness. They’re coming out, and they’re feeling like they’re a part of the gym, which was really our goal from day one here at Fitness World,\u201d Fitness World Health Club Manager and Facilities Coordinator Ryne Turke said.<\/p>\n
