The multi-million-dollar retail and dining development, right next to the <a href=\"https:\/\/tpc.com\/sanantonio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">TPC San Antonio<\/a> golf resort, has curated three exciting new restaurants along with an assortment of high-end services.<\/p>\n<p>Broker Sarah Teel, President of MLS Investments, shares that the new dining options were carefully chosen to bring unique dining choices to the rapidly growing area. The upcoming restaurants, Ginger\u2019s, Pan Dulce, and Chops &amp; Eggs, are all making their Alamo City debut.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chopseggs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Chops &amp; Eggs<\/a> is the first local outpost of an acclaimed Corpus Christi restaurant specializing in farm-to-table breakfast and brunch. Led by chef Jordan Jaradat, the casual eatery serves gourmet twists on daytime classics like lobster Benedicts, fried banana pecan French toast, and a bistro burger made with a fried egg and duck bacon.<\/p>\n<p>The other newcomers are brand-new concepts. Teel says Pan Dulce, not to be confused with Castle Hill\u2019s Pan Dulce Bakery &amp; Cafe, will offer Mexican baked goods and coffee. She describes Ginger\u2019s as an American sports bar and grill with indoor-outdoor service. No set dates have been determined for any of the openings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNobody wanted a Chili\u2019s or something that\u2019s on every corner,\u201d says Teel of the vetting process. \u201cConsumers are starting to like more fresh fare.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The second phase building will also include upscale services from nail salon Beautiful Nails and barber shop Trim District. Teel says the center is also hoping to bring in a pilates studio and is starting construction on a new fitness center.<\/p>\n<p>The tenants will add to an already dynamic assortment of restaurants and storefronts in the burgeoning development.
