Wendy\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"IJAUFOHUKZHTNJSHUSLF6PXJ3U\">World Atlas said the chain\u2019s square burgers and Frosty\u2019s are a \u201ccaloric minefield.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"5WDKH3V6YJF7XH4224FLLYMHNI\">\u201cBreakfast croissant combos, Biggie Bag bargains and late-night hours foster oversized, frequent visits, landing Wendy\u2019s firmly atop America\u2019s most waist-widening, heart-straining chains,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"F6DPXW3VMJFEHP3JNR6KXVSUUQ\">World Atlas noted Wendy\u2019s Triple Baconator meal with large fries and medium Frosty totals 2,160 calories, 54 grams of saturated fat and 3,400 mg of sodium, while its seasonal Pretzel Bacon Pub Triple top 1,500 calories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"KHL2WEW3DJAOHD45MZEDG5MPLQ\">The other unhealthiest fast food chains on the list, from worst to best, include:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"article__ordered-list\">\n<li id=\"WUGNYGSLQZGVFBN2ICTEKNMWYY\"><b>Sonic:<\/b> \u201cA Sonic Cheeseburger combo with medium tots and 32-oz Cherry Limeade tops 1,600 calories and 3,000 mg sodium, while a 44-oz Reese\u2019s Peanut Butter Cup Master Shake alone delivers 1,720 calories and 48 teaspoons of sugar.\u201d<\/li>\n<li id=\"C5NE2IXILNERZC6MIINJ5EYMXY\"><b>Taco Bell:<\/b> \u201cA Beefy 5-Layer Burrito plus Baja Blast reaches 970 calories and 1,770 mg sodium. The Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito packs 910 calories alone.\u201d<\/li>\n<li id=\"TU2UDPZK2RFCTGNHTW7OLNFYPU\"><b>Dairy Queen<\/b>: \u201cA medium Oreo Blizzard contains 1,080 calories and 44 g fat; the six-piece Chicken Strip Basket with gravy and fries adds 1,300 calories, 2,400 mg sodium and 21 g saturated fat.\u201d<\/li>\n<li id=\"ASERTVMX3FA33LZ4JW5BVQL7L4\"><b>KFC<\/b>: \u201cA three-piece Extra Crispy combo with biscuit and mashed-potato gravy hits 1,300 calories, 2,900 mg sodium and 22 g saturated fat, before a soda or 540-calorie Famous Bowl.\u201d<\/li>\n<li id=\"V2ZT5E3KW5E2JNG4WWVHZ3VUFU\"><b>Quiznos<\/b>: \u201cA 12-inch Classic Italian runs about 1,300 calories and 2,850 mg sodium before chips, cookies or soda. Limited-time monsters like the Chipotle Steak &amp; Guac top 1,700 calories.\u201d<\/li>\n<li id=\"ATN4BB4XU5AP7FVPRZPKSWR2SM\"><b>McDonald\u2019s<\/b>: \u201cMcDonald\u2019s 40,000-plus restaurants normalize high-calorie fast food worldwide.
