As the British artist shared on X earlier this week: \u201cLoveland is memorialization of the places that made me. The realisation that reality is not a given and must be continually pursued. The best and worst nights of my life. The move towards aliveness.\u201d \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Teddy Swims, \u201cBreak Up In Reverse\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFor anyone not experiencing summer lovin\u2019, Teddy Swims has you covered with his new heartbreak anthem for the season. The downtempo ballad is all about hitting rewind and yearning to be loved when a relationship ends in the same way he felt at its start. \u201cUpon writing this song and my next album I\u2019ve been going through it with my relationship with my baby\u2019s mother coming to an end,\u201d Swims shared in a statement. \u201cWe were super inspired by an old NAS song called \u2018Rewind.\u2019 We loved how the whole song takes place in reverse. So we thought, \u2018how beautiful would it be if we took the same idea, but wrote it about my relationship.&#8217;\u201d \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>The Rolling Stones, Foreign Tongues<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAs only a legendary act can do, The Stones shares its 25th studio album today, a fresh and tight set for the veteran rockers clocking in at just over an hour across 14 songs. Mick Jagger\u2019s vocals are clear-eyed while the band\u2019s instrumentals are just as driving as ever, resulting in an album well worth listening to from top to bottom. \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>The Linda Lindas and Hayley Williams, \u201cCloser\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIt\u2019s fitting, really, that Williams would help The Linda Lindas with its major label debut single. The band goes back with the rock icon, citing Williams as a longtime inspiration and even welcoming her onstage last year to perform their breakout hit \u201cRacist, Sexist Boy\u201d at London\u2019s O2. Now, that relationship has been formalized with a collaboration; \u201cCloser\u201d is the band\u2019s first release since signing to Reprise\/Warner in June, and the midtempo alt-rock track surely signals more new music ahead. \u2014 L.H.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Chris Lake &amp; Tiga ft. Aatig, \u201cParty Time\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe release of the first ever Chris Lake and Tiga\u00a0collab finds each producer on a respective hot streak, with Lake recently moving 55,000 tickets across shows in New York and L.A. and <a data-id=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/pop\/taylor-swift-chris-lake-travis-kelce-opalite-remix-interview-1236198801\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/pop\/taylor-swift-chris-lake-travis-kelce-opalite-remix-interview-1236198801\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">remixing<\/a> Taylor Swift\u2019s \u201cOpalite\u201d just prior. Tiga, meanwhile, released his excellent new album, Hot Wife, in April. So yes, it\u2019s party time indeed on this new single, which finds Lake leaning into the weirder, squelchier area of his sound, a realm in which Tiga has permanent residency. Vocals come from Aatig, the artist name of Lake\u2019s wife, Gita, and the song is out on his own Black Book Records.\u00a0\u2014 KATIE BAIN<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Chris Avantgarde,\u00a0Hyperreal<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tGerman-born, London-based producer Chris Avantgarde releases his debut album with a confident statement, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Dai4cNljjek\/?hl=en&amp;img_index=1\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Dai4cNljjek\/?hl=en&amp;img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\">calling<\/a> the project \u201can album that moves through genres with the energy of a night out. The build, the peak, the sunrise on the roof. On my own terms, with my own sonic identity. I\u2019ve done that for plenty of other artists over the years, never really for myself. But beyond its special connection to the Cuban newcomer \u2014 a former 2025 Billboard <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/latin\/on-the-radar-latin-emerging-artists-april-2025-1235958793\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">On The Radar Latin<\/a> artist \u2014 \u201cGataza\u201d is a powerful reminder about the importance of self-love, confidence, authenticity, and living fearlessly and unapolagetically. Featuring collaborations with Masicka, Jahshii, Charly Black, Nhance and Yohan Marley, the 15-track set seamlessly blends reggae and dancehall, grounding that fusion with themes of resilience, personal growth, steadfast faith and love. In the process, her warm vocal conveys the essence of the relentless work and disappointment of constantly giving without reciprocation, giving added weight to lyrics such as, \u201cI keep pourin\u2019 out my heart, but what good does it do?\u201d As with some of her previous releases, such as \u201cNewton\u2019s First Law,\u201d Lenhart continues demonstrating her adept songwriting. \u2014 JESSICA NICHOLSON<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<strong>Wyatt Flores, \u201cScared of Heights\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe title track to Flores\u2019 upcoming July 31 album, \u201cScared of Heights\u201d explores the romantic uncertainty of being on the precipice of commitment, and fearing the consequences.
