A 61-year-old man was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox32chicago.com\/tag\/crime-publicsafety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">accused of inappropriately touching a girl<\/a> at a suburban water park on Friday.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"WFLD\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">What we know:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Ricky Karlic, of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox32chicago.com\/tag\/us\/il\/dupage-county\/lombard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Lombard<\/a>, was charged with aggravated battery in a public place, according to the DuPage County State\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/karlic-ricky-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" fetchpriority=\"auto\" width=\"932\" height=\"524\" data-v-2fe2fe3e=\"\"\/> <\/p>\n<p data-v-2fe2fe3e=\"\">Ricky Karlic <strong data-v-2fe2fe3e=\"\"> (DuPage County State&#8217;s Attorney)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Karlic was released from custody on the condition he have no contact with the victim or any individuals under the age of 18 and that he not return to the Cypress Cove Waterpark in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox32chicago.com\/tag\/us\/il\/dupage-county\/woodridge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Woodridge<\/a>, where the alleged incident took place.<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">Around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Karlic allegedly &#8220;made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature&#8221; with the victim and that he &#8220;touched the victim\u2019s buttocks with his hand while in the lazy river at Cypress Cove water park,&#8221; prosecutors alleged.<\/p>\n<p original-article-post=\"\" origination_station=\"WFLD\" data-v-ec26887a=\"\" data-v-94395e58=\"\">What they&#8217;re saying:<\/p>\n<p data-v-94395e58=\"\">&#8220;The allegation that Mr. Karlic inappropriately touched a young girl at a public water park is extremely disturbing,&#8221;
