Throughout her life, Michelle experienced serious illness, violent trauma, profound personal loss, and the experience of war; she has known fear, grief, and heartbreak firsthand. She had to rebuild when everything familiar fell away. She did not \u201cget over\u201d these experiences, but rather, integrated them. She transformed survival into wisdom and pain into purpose. So now she is taking her years of leadership and service and continuing to serve her community as a certified mindset coach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">By working on emotions, mind and energy together, her work is not about erasing pain\u2014it\u2019s about learning how to carry it differently. It\u2019s about growth, empowerment, and forward movement. It\u2019s about strength and courage rooted in self-trust. We help women launch their food businesses in areas of Jacksonville to help reduce food desserts and get fresh food into all of our neighborhoods.
