Le Carnaval des Animaux, aka the Bastille Day Dog Parade, took place in Midtown Manhattan on July 12, and pups strutted their stuff in their best French-inspired looks for this tres fasionable inaugural event. <\/p>\n

Held by L\u2019Alliance New York and VEG ER for Pets, the parade commemorated Bastille Day, France\u2019s national holiday. <\/p>\n
