Phoenix Financial<\/a> and Ashtrom Properties have signed cooperation agreements to establish a culinary and lifestyle complex at the RISHO development in Rishon LeZion’s HaElef District, the companies announced.<\/p>\n

The first stage will cover approximately 1,500 square meters and feature restaurants, caf\u00e9s, street-food stands and other culinary concepts. Ruti Broudo’s R2M Hospitality Group<\/a> will establish part of the complex, which is being modeled on large international food halls such as Time Out Market.<\/p>\n

The dining area will form part of the Phoenix Campus Museum, a broader workplace and cultural campus that will include an art museum, a sculpture park and facilities operated by Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art<\/a>.<\/p>\n

CoffeeBar to reopen in 600-square-meter space<\/strong><\/p>\n

R2M’s CoffeeBar restaurant will reopen at the project in a space measuring approximately 600 sq.m. The restaurant, founded by Ruti and Mati Broudo in 1994, was the first establishment created by the hospitality group.<\/p>\n

A Bakery-Delicatessen outlet will also operate in a separately designed space at the complex.<\/p>\n

Nono Group will open the first NONO MIMI location in Rishon LeZion. The Giraffe restaurant chain will move its operations to the project and expand into a space covering approximately 400 sq.m.<\/p>\n

The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the agreements or the total investment planned for the culinary development.<\/p>\n

Museum to display 1,400 Israeli artworks<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Phoenix Campus Museum is due to display approximately 1,400 works from Phoenix Financial’s Israeli art collection, including pieces by prominent artists who helped shape Israeli art during the 20th century.<\/p>\n

The museum will be open to the public for tours arranged in advance. It will be accompanied by a large sculpture park and other public cultural spaces.<\/p>\n

Shenkar will establish a new continuing education center and a multidisciplinary laboratory at the campus. The facilities are intended to bring together work in design, art, engineering and technology.<\/p>\n

Work, culture and dining under one roof<\/strong><\/p>\n

The wider campus is designed to combine offices and advanced workplace infrastructure with cultural, educational and leisure facilities.<\/p>\n

Plans include meeting rooms, public seating areas intended for collaborative work, learning facilities and spaces for exhibitions, dining and cultural events.<\/p>\n

Phoenix Financial and Ashtrom Properties said the project was intended to create a mixed-use environment where employees, visitors, students and members of the public could access workspaces, art, education and dining within the same development.<\/p>\n
