Walsh had been scheduled to go to Garcia\u2019s home to fix an upstairs leak that afternoon, and when Walsh didn\u2019t return home, his family and company tracked his work truck to a home on Crathie Drive,.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Walsh was found dead on his back on the bathroom floor, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 etvbxt font_openSans articleList\">\n<li class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Stack-vJ7SwH7U__StackBase-sc-1m5bkhd-0 evEXvX dsnUCb\"\/><\/ul>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">Days after Garcia\u2019s arrest, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SheriffEd_HCSO\/status\/2075311839970222429\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">announced another murder<\/a> charge had been filed against Garcia in the May 26 shooting death of Francisco Navarro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Box-_wrDxHtU__Box-sc-10sa3ie-0 Text-nO2aZ44r__TextBase-sc-s2hv5x-0 jJNfBD fSvavs article-text\">In that case, investigators found Navarro dead inside a vehicle on Patch. Investigators said at the time they believed the suspect, later identified as Garcia, was in the vehicle with the victim when the shooting happened before fleeing the scene.
