The Installment Payments feature is live for Samsung Wallet users in select states starting today, July 25. Samsung says it will expand the feature across the USA by the end of 2025.\n<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to a partnership with Splitit, Samsung Wallet users in the USA don&#8217;t need to apply for a new account or undergo a credit check before they can use Installment Payments. They can now select \u201cPay in installments\u201d when using eligible credit cards, i.e., Visa or Mastercard.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completing an in-store purchase, Samsung Wallet users in the USA can choose from four different installment plans:\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Six payments every two weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Eight payments every two weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Six monthly payments.<\/li>\n<li>Nine monthly payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of these plans has to be selected within 24 hours, or the owed sum will be paid in full.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWhere is the Installment Payments Samsung Wallet feature available?\n<\/p>\n<p>Starting today, Samsung Wallet users in the following states can access Installment Payments: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia.\n<\/p>\n<p>The feature is compatible with all Samsung Wallet-eligible devices in the USA as long as they run Android 12 or higher.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung says this new addition to Samsung Wallet in the USA builds on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sammobile.com\/news\/samsung-wallet-tap-to-transfer-now-rolling-out-in-the-united-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tap to Transfer feature<\/a> it rolled out recently. These two new Wallet features bring more flexibility and convenience to customers in the USA.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur phones go with us everywhere, so we&#8217;re making the Samsung Wallet experience as helpful as possible,\u201d said Samsung USA in its recent <a href=\"https:\/\/news.samsung.com\/us\/new-samsung-wallet-feature-offers-more-flexible-payment-options\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung Wallet also offers an easy way to store other digital assets, including digital keys, IDs, and membership cards.\n<\/p>\n<p>This Samsung Wallet release comes right on time for new Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 buyers in the USA to enjoy.
