Organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/the-european-centre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The European Centre<\/a> for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/architecture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Architecture<\/a> Art Design and Urban Studies and The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/chicago-athenaeum\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chicago Athenaeum<\/a>, the program highlights a range of built and conceptual work that reflects <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/contemporary\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contemporary<\/a> approaches to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/architecture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">architecture<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/design\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">design<\/a>. This year&#8217;s selection brings together young architects and designers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/cyprus\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cyprus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/france\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">France<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/greece\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greece<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/italy\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Italy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/norway\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Norway<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/poland\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poland<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/portugal\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portugal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/spain\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spain<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/spain\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sweden<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/switzerland\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Switzerland<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/country\/turkiye\/page\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turkiye<\/a>, offering a wide-ranging perspective on Europe&#8217;s contemporary architectural discourse.<\/p>\n<p>The selection was made by a jury composed of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/office\/melike-altinisik-architects?ad_source=search&amp;ad_medium=search_result_professionals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Melike Alt\u0131n\u0131\u015f\u0131k<\/a>, Hans-Petter Bj\u00f8rn\u00e5dal, Eleni-Stefania Kalapoda, and Adrian Yap, who evaluated submissions from a range of scales and typologies. The winning projects will be presented in the exhibition &#8220;40 Young European Architects with New Visions,&#8221; opening on December 5th, 2025, at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/the-european-centre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The European Centre<\/a>, Contemporary Space Athens. A special yearbook publication by Metropolitan Arts Press will also document the selected works, making them accessible to international audiences.
