(Credit: Photos by Cole Horchler)<\/p>\n<p>The tower, which rises 20 stories above Bissonnet Street near Rice University, features 134 residences in two- and three-bedroom layouts. Monthly rents start at $9,480, with Martha Turner Sotheby\u2019s International Realty serving as <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/2026\/01\/14\/leasing-the-langley-high-rise-rice-museum-district\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the project\u2019s exclusive listing partner<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to 10- to 12-foot ceilings, oak flooring, private balconies and walk-in closets, residences feature high-end formal foyers, powder rooms, laundry rooms, home offices and service kitchens. Units are equipped with smart-home technology including Nest thermostats, keyless entry and Sonos speakers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Langley was conceived around the belief that beautiful places lift the human spirit,\u201d M. Stephen Meek, senior vice president of development for StreetLights Residential, said in a press release. \u201cGuided by timeless architectural principles and a deep respect for its surroundings, every design decision was made to enhance the resident experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meek also called The Langley \u201ca new architectural landmark\u201d for the city of Houston.<\/p>\n<p>Community amenities include a <a href=\"https:\/\/houstonagentmagazine.com\/2026\/05\/26\/canopy-amenity-deck-the-langley-nears-completion\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">canopy-level pool deck<\/a>, recently completed in May.
