Three months ago, Lucas Jumalon was among Grand Canyon University\u2019s record-breaking graduating class of 33,251 students. Today he\u2019s part of a much smaller group \u2014 nine to be exact \u2014 vying for $10 million.<\/p>\n
The 22-year-old native of Spokane, Washington, who graduated this spring from the Phoenix campus with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in business analytics, has not only qualified his way into the final table of the World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas, he holds a commanding chip lead.<\/p>\n
At 10:46 p.m. Monday, Jumalon and eight others booked their seats for the 2026 WSOP Main Event\u2019s final table.
