That&#8217;s an impressive number, as Dallas&#8217; finest restaurants are often not inside hotels.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Restaurants aren\u2019t just an itinerary line item anymore, they\u2019re the anchor,&#8221; said Matt Davis, head of North America hotels at OpenTable, in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>An\u00a0OpenTable survey of 1,500 U.S. residents in mid-2026 shows 60% of respondents booked a hotel because of the restaurant inside.
