Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have settled their divorce<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The exes reached a deal earlier this month and will be keeping many of the details confidential, according to court docs obtained by TMZ<\/a> Friday.<\/p>\n

Bunnie will reportedly receive a one-time lump sum payment from Jelly and the pair will split items, including an aircraft, cars, homes and various intellectual properties.<\/p>\n

The outlet also noted there\u2019s one major stipulation to the settlement \u2014 a provision prohibiting either party from trash-talking the other.<\/p>\n

As Page Six previously reported, Jelly (real name: Jason DeFord) filed for divorce<\/a> from Bunnie (born: Alisa DeFord) on May 18 in Williamson County, Tenn., where they live. The estranged couple would have celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary<\/a> in August.<\/p>\n

The musician, 41, cited \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for the split, writing in his filing that they are \u201cunable to live together successfully as husband and wife.\u201d He listed the date of separation as May 9, 2026.<\/p>\n

According to Jelly, he and the podcaster, 46, \u201caccumulated certain real and personal property, and incurred certain marital debts,\u201d throughout their marriage.<\/p>\n

He \u201canticipate[d]\u201d they would execute and sign a Marital Dissolution Agreement that provides for the division of their assets and the allocation of responsibility for their debts.<\/p>\n

In Tennessee, a divorce based on irreconcilable differences may be granted when the parties enter into an MDA.<\/p>\n

On June 15, the day the divorce news broke, moving trucks were photographed at the exes\u2019 Franklin home<\/a>. Three days later, exactly one month after Jelly filed the paperwork, Bunnie addressed the divorce in a lengthy \u2014 and since-deleted<\/a> \u2014 episode of her \u201cDumb Blonde Podcast.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy husband and I are ending this marriage on the best possible terms that you could ever have a divorce,\u201d she insisted. \u201cWe\u2019re literally settling our divorce in, like, what? We\u2019ve done it in three weeks? Two weeks?\u201d<\/p>\n

Bunnie went on to claim that Jelly would be \u201ctaking care of\u201d her financially<\/a> and letting her keep their \u201cdream\u201d home in Franklin.<\/p>\n

As for what led to the split, Bunnie \u2014 an escort-turned-OnlyFans creator who\u00a0retired from sex work<\/a>\u00a0in March 2023 \u2014 claimed she and Jelly \u201chave never really been good at having disagreements\u201d and\u00a0had a final argument on Mother\u2019s Day<\/a>\u00a0(May 10).<\/p>\n

During that spat, which she did not detail, Bunnie admitted that she encouraged Jelly to \u201cfile the f \u2013 \u2013 king divorce papers,\u201d though she lamented she was \u201cspeaking out of anger and frustration\u201d and didn\u2019t actually want to part ways.<\/p>\n

She also acknowledged that their grueling IVF journey\u00a0had \u201cwrecked\u201d them both physically and emotionally<\/a>; however, she revealed they are \u201cstill having a baby together.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

According to Bunnie, \u201cnobody cheated on the other person,\u201d which\u00a0did happen early into their marriage<\/a> before\u00a0Jelly got sober<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Grammy winner \u2014 who \u201chas even started dating\u201d again<\/a> \u2014\u00a0addressed the divorce mid-concert<\/a>\u00a0later that night while on the Saratoga Springs, NY, stop of his Little ASS Shed Tour.<\/p>\n

He echoed Bunnie\u2019s sentiments, telling the crowd that \u201cnobody cheated on nobody\u201d while calling her his \u201cbest friend\u201d for life.<\/p>\n

Though the divorce news came as a shock to fans, the former couple did drop hints that there was trouble in paradise.<\/p>\n

Jelly, for example, stopped wearing his wedding ring<\/a> and then scrubbed Bunnie from his Instagram page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Bunnie took to social media to post about \u201ctrash\u201d exes<\/a>, \u201cwomen\u2019s intuition when that s \u2013 \u2013 t don\u2019t add up\u201d<\/a> and \u201cgetting her sparkle back.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Jelly and Bunnie renewed their vows in August 2023 at the same Las Vegas chapel where they initially wed.<\/p>\n

In recent weeks, Bunnie has been spotted making out with \u201cCalabasas Confidential\u201d star Dylan Wolf<\/a> at Jelly\u2019s Nashville bar. The two continued to hang out<\/a> and Bunnie said Jelly had \u201cno issue at all\u201d<\/a> with her fling with the 24-year-old.<\/p>\n
