{"id":943520,"date":"2026-07-18T14:53:19","date_gmt":"2026-07-18T14:53:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/943520\/"},"modified":"2026-07-18T14:53:19","modified_gmt":"2026-07-18T14:53:19","slug":"deaf-nypd-employee-sent-cop-meme-about-f-ing-a-deaf-girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/943520\/","title":{"rendered":"Deaf NYPD employee sent cop meme about f&#8212;ing a deaf girl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An NYPD civilian employee <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/06\/02\/us-news\/nypd-cops-allegedly-harassed-deaf-asian-department-techie-lawsuit\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">who accused a cop of sexual harassment<\/a> after he allegedly pulled a gun on her inside police headquarters exchanged explicit messages with the cop before the incident, the officer\u2019s lawyer claims.<\/p>\n<p>Megan Kwan, 25, exchanged messages about sex and joked about creating an OnlyFans account featuring photos of Officer Quilbvio Espinal, 35, according to the motion filed Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court seeking access to her phone.<\/p>\n<p>Using Facebook Messenger between 2025 and 2026, the pair exchanged \u201cmany flirtatious and sexual messages, referenced multiple sex acts, and posted graphic pictures and memes to each other,\u201d according to the court filing.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.49926794;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"40017070\" width=\"885\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/police-officer-quilbvio-espinal-35-131937351.jpg\" alt=\"Police Officer Quilbvio Espinal, 35, stands with his lawyer Robert Gottlieb, in front of microphones.\" class=\"wp-image-40017070\"  \/>Officer Quilbvio Espinal allegedly pulled a gun on Megan Kwan inside NYPD headquarters in March \u2014 after the two had exchanged \u201cmany flirtatious and sexual messages, referenced multiple sex acts, and posted graphic pictures.\u201d  Steven Hirsch for NY Post<\/p>\n<p>After the gun incident, Kwan sued the officer and his supervisor Sgt. Jayson Valentin\u00a0\u2014 saying they sexually and racially harassed her. <\/p>\n<p>She accused both men of proposing threesomes \u2014 Espinal asked for one with his wife, the suit alleged.<\/p>\n<p>Kwan, who is deaf, sent Espinal a screenshot of a tweet which read: \u201cU Haven\u2019t heard some weird s\u2013t until u f\u2013k a deaf girl. Sounded like i was beating a baby seal,\u201d according to the court document.<\/p>\n<p>Other messages involve oral sex and lewd references to preparing for a sexual encounter, according to the filing that demands Kwan \u201cproduce her cell phone for a forensic extraction of all photos and videos of Officer Espinal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHer own texts shed a spotlight on the truth about their relationship and that spotlight shows that officer Espinal never would have done anything to put this sexting partner in fear of physical harm,\u201d the cop\u2019s lawyer, Robert Gottlieb, said, claiming that prosecutors turned over 200 pages of messages the two exchanged.<\/p>\n<p>Espinal shared a meme of a suggestively shaped pastry with icing, to which Kwan allegedly made a vulgar response, \u201cCan\u2019t waste no drip drip,\u201d according to the documents.<\/p>\n<p>In one Feb. 19 message, Kwan reported that she had \u201cenough photos of [Officer Espinal] to create an OF account,\u201d which is believed to be an abbreviation for OnlyFans, a website dedicated to user-created pornography, the suit states.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe also told Officer Espinal that she would use Chinese artificial intelligence technology to analyze the multiple digital depictions that she has of him in order to create computer generated pornographic representations of him for this website,\u201d according to the filing.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.49926794;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"40017074\" width=\"885\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/new-york-real-estate-one-132396518.jpg\" alt=\"The real estate of One Police Plaza.\" class=\"wp-image-40017074\"  \/>The police officer and civilian employee worked inside police headquarters at One Police Plaza. Helayne Seidman for the NY Post<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/06\/23\/us-news\/pint-sized-cop-at-center-of-deaf-nypd-workers-sex-harass-suit-now-charged-in-gun-rap\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Espinal is facing menacing and official misconduct charges<\/a> and pleaded not guilty.
