The Riverside County Department of Child Support Services (RivCoDCSS) will host a Back-to-School Giveaway on Saturday, Aug. 9, from 8 a.m. to noon at 2081 Iowa Ave. in Riverside, providing free backpacks with school supplies for children ages 3 to 17. Free haircuts will also be available, with all giveaways offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, and families are encouraged to register in advance.
