Fourteen thousand Uncrustables: That\u2019s how many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches Dallas-based Logan\u2019s Roadhouse bought from the J.M. Smucker Company for a surprising collaboration.<\/p>\n
Two fried peanut butter and grape jelly Uncrustables act as the buns for a new $14.99 beef burger served with cheddar cheese and garlic pickle aioli.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Nope: The\u00a0Uncrustables Burger is available at 115 Logan\u2019s Roadhouse restaurants in the United States, including 15 in Texas and three in the Dallas-Fort Worth area: in Hurst, Burleson and Waxahachie.<\/p>\n
The limited-time collaboration started June 29, 2026, and continues until the company runs out of Uncrustables. Here\u2019s hoping it lasts until back-to-school season in mid-August, a signal for parents to stock up on frozen PBJs for kids\u2019 lunches.<\/p>\n
Of course, the burger is \u201ca little over the top,\u201d said Shawn Van Winkle, vice president of marketing for Logan\u2019s Roadhouse, in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It\u2019s just weird enough to be interesting, we say.<\/p>\n
The company is also selling a Fried Uncrustables Dessert for $7.99. Here, Uncrustables are beer-battered and fried (again), but then topped with melted marshmallows, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and caramel. It\u2019s giving cafeteria s\u2019mores vibes.<\/p>\n
You can thank \u2014 or blame \u2014 Luis Haro, senior director of culinary at Logan\u2019s, for dreaming up both Uncrustables items. He said the fried PBJs added \u201cthe right balance of sweet and savory\u201d to both the burger and the dessert.<\/p>\n
Logan\u2019s Roadhouse has 115 restaurants in the U.S., including at 948 North East Loop 820, Hurst; 1150 W. Highway 287, Waxahachie; and 1125 N.
