Shortly after, an <a data-ylk=\"slk:Amber Alert;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;outcm:mb_qualified_link;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/us\/articles\/amber-alert-issued-missing-13-190416770.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Amber Alert<\/a> was issued, as police believed that she had crossed state lines and was in danger.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At around 9:30 p.m., the F.B.I Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Sheriff&#8217;s Office believed that they found Carter and Kelly&#8217;s vehicle at a hotel on Phillips Highway. A search warrant was issued and the child was found unharmed.
