The next day, they added \u201c1 week no alcohol! \ud83e\udd79\ud83e\ude75 Week 2\u2026 I\u2019m coming for you \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udffb<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/explore\/tags\/healing\/\"> #healing<\/a>.\u201d How does Stodden approach health and wellness? Here is their top diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Stodden used to be a big wine drinker, but now maintains a sober lifestyle. \u201cAlcohol, I\u2019m breaking up with you. It\u2019s been a toxic relationship for years. Something I used to cope, to escape, to survive. But it\u2019s hurt me more than it\u2019s ever helped me\u2014publicly and privately. Last night was the last time. I\u2019m done letting it control me. I\u2019m done feeling sick and ashamed. I want to be fully present in my life. I want to face my past, my trauma, and my current reality with clear eyes and real strength. To those who understand this battle\u2014thank you. Please respect my space as I walk this new path. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/staying-healthy\/yoga-benefits-beyond-the-mat\">Harvard Health<\/a>. \u201cResearchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,\u201d they said. \u201cPeople who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Courtney is also a hiker. \u201cTake a hike,\u201d they captioned another post.
