{"id":945536,"date":"2026-07-19T13:57:21","date_gmt":"2026-07-19T13:57:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/945536\/"},"modified":"2026-07-19T13:57:21","modified_gmt":"2026-07-19T13:57:21","slug":"boil-water-advisory-issued-for-parts-of-ballston","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/945536\/","title":{"rendered":"Boil water advisory issued for parts of Ballston"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BALLSTON \u2014 A boil water advisory has been issued for parts of Ballston.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/townofballstonny.gov\/AlertCenter.aspx?AID=Boil-Water-Advisory-53\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">advisory<\/a>, issued by the Saratoga County Department of Health on Saturday, was caused by a water main break.<\/p>\n<p>The areas impacted include Eastline Road and all subdivisions off of Eastline Road, Round Lake Road, Timber Creek, Benedict Road,\u00a0MacKenna Court and Aysimac Court.<\/p>\n<p>The health department is asking that residents either boil water or use bottled water for drinking or cooking, to ensure there are no \u201cdisease-causing organisms\u201d in the water. All tap water should be boiled for at least one minute, then cooled prior to consumption, according to the advisory.<\/p>\n<p>The department is also asking residents to conserve water.<\/p>\n<p>All outside water usage, lawn and garden watering, sprinkler systems and vehicle washing is \u201cstrictly prohibited,\u201d the department said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease be sure to shut down all automatic sprinkler systems.
