\u00a0A stranger punched an 81-year-old woman in the face during an argument on a Queens street last week, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The senior citizen was standing outside a Salvation Army in Jackson Heights when the jerk walked up and began a verbal tiff with her around 7:45 a.m. Thursday near 86-07 35 Ave., cops said.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The loon then socked the victim in the head \u2014 leaving her with pain and minor lacerations \u2014 before fleeing the area.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Medics took the woman to NYC Health + Hospital\/Elmhurst, where she was listed in stable condition.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The NYPD released a photo of the suspect showing him wearing a white T-shirt and white baseball cap.\u00a0<\/p>\n
