<\/p>\n Email Link<\/p>\n \n Just when we thought the Coldplay Jumbotron controversy<\/a> had run its course, Gwyneth Paltrow has entered the chat.\n <\/p>\n \n The Academy Award-winning actress and Goop founder appeared in a new \u2013 and very funny \u2013 ad for Astronomer, the tech firm whose former CEO and human resources chief launched a million memes after being shown on a Jumbotron at a Coldplay concert last week.\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cI\u2019ve been hired on a very temporary basis to speak on behalf of the 300-plus employees at Astronomer,\u201d Paltrow said in the clip shared on the company\u2019s Instagram on Friday night<\/a>, adding that Astronomer had received \u201ca lot of questions over the last few days.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n In addition to her other hats, Paltrow, of course, is also the famously \u201cconsciously uncoupled<\/a>\u201d ex-wife of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who at a concert in Boston last week inadvertently revealed an intimate moment between two top executives at Astronomer \u2013 who were seen embracing but immediately ducked from view \u2013 during a performance of Coldplay\u2019s \u201cJumbotron Song.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cWhoa, look at these two,\u201d Martin quipped at the time. \u201cEither they\u2019re having an affair or they\u2019re just very shy.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n The moment caused a major internet sensation and an immediate spotlight on Astronomer. Both executives shown in the video have since<\/a> resigned<\/a>.\n <\/p>\n \n In the clip featuring Paltrow on Friday, the \u201cquestions\u201d she addresses do not deal with the controversy, but rather the tech-focused business dealings of New York-based firm Astronomer.\n <\/p>\n \n The clip\u2019s caption read simply, \u201cThank you for your interest in Astronomer.\u201d\n <\/p>\n
