Polling shows that Americans are losing faith in their higher education institutions. About a third of Americans rated college as \u201cvery important\u201d in a September 2025 Gallup poll. That\u2019s down from more than half of Americans six years prior and 75% in 2013.\u00a0<\/p>\n
