WE\u2019VE GOT A LITTLE BIT LONGER AND THEN WE\u2019LL HAVE LESS HUMIDITY AND MORE TOLERABLE TEMPERATURES. YEAH. SO POSSIBLY EVEN SOME UPPER 70S AS WE HEAD TOWARDS THE LATE WEEK. BUT TODAY, WEATHER IMPACT DAY AS WE GET BACK TO HIGH HEAT AGAIN. THIS WAS EXTENDED ANOTHER DAY. SO THROUGH 8:00 TONIGHT WE ARE UNDER THAT HEAT ADVISORY IN THE WLWT VIEWING AREA AS OUR HEAT INDEX VALUES CLIMB TO AROUND 100 OR MORE. OUR RADAR RIGHT NOW IS DRY. WE CANNOT RULE OUT A STRAY SHOWER. IT LOOKS LIKE MAYBE ONE TRYING TO POP UP HERE AROUND MADISON, SO WATCHING AT LEAST A COUPLE DEVELOP HERE THIS MORNING. WE\u2019RE NOT LOOKING AT SEVERE WEATHER TODAY, BUT THAT HIGH HUMIDITY IN THE AIR THAT\u2019S GOING TO FUEL SOME HEAVY RAIN FOR US TODAY. We have an active incident in the Landen area of Deerfield Township, where an emergency alert inadvertently went out to unintended areas. <\/p>\n

There is no threat to the community and this is an isolated incident.<\/p>\n
