{"id":94659,"date":"2025-07-26T17:51:27","date_gmt":"2025-07-26T17:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/94659\/"},"modified":"2025-07-26T17:51:27","modified_gmt":"2025-07-26T17:51:27","slug":"keller-city-council-denies-development-of-proposed-heritage-grove-neighborhood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/94659\/","title":{"rendered":"Keller City Council denies development of proposed Heritage Grove neighborhood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tWith a unanimous vote, Keller City Council did not pass a zoning-change request for an eight-lot subdivision during its July 15 meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happened<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>City Council considered whether the Heritage Grove development near Clara Lane and Indian Knoll Trail should be permitted to develop eight homes on lots 30,000 square feet and larger.
