An exact address was not available, but \u00a0ccording to map coordinates in sales presentation documents, the project will be located in Denton extraterritorial jurisdiction near\u00a0the intersection of North Locust Street and Milam Road East.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1784238107884-fe58b8f6-6810-473d-9d57-d0eb782b7df4_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-675451\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5444974446337307;width:361px;height:auto\"\/>Wildhaven is a 740-acre project planned for Denton. (Courtesy | An Ki Land Development) <\/p>\n<p>Wildhaven will include approximately 150 high-end homes, up to 500 multifamily units, a 120-bed hotel, two restaurants, a spa and commercial buildings. The project will include a strong outdoor and hospitality emphasis, including hundreds of acres dedicated to recreation and an equestrian-centered component, according to the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWildhaven is proud to offer a residential development that demonstrates our deep commitment to environmental stewardship and North Texas\u2019s natural landscape,\u201d said Logan Breen, managing director, in a news release. \u201cEvery aspect of our project will reflect our environmental commitment. We want to offer residents a thoughtfully designed community that grows with the land, not against it.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Hotel-View_2-copy.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-675475\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5009767888480514;width:480px;height:auto\"\/>A rendering of plans for the hotel at the Wildhaven development. That part will include homes on about 25 buildable lots of 1 to 2 acres each, multifamily offerings with up to 500 units on 27 acres, along with two commercial parcels. Phase 2 will encompass 548 acres of land currently controlled by An Ki Land, and will consist of 126 buildable lots and a club-resort hotel component.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWildhaven will be unlike any other development in North Texas,\u201d said Larry Spelts, part of the development team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis development is intended to serve buyers and residents seeking a high-end, experience-driven lifestyle in a market characterized by strong demand and limited inventory,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Massive master-planned communities like Wildhaven have been transforming Denton County\u2019s open land into residential and commercial hubs. In Nov. 2025, Hillwood <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthreport.org\/2025\/11\/16\/will-the-ghost-of-sam-bass-shop-at-the-h-e-b-coming-to-hillwoods-new-community\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">broke ground<\/a> on the first phase of Landmark, a $10 billion, 3,200-acre master-planned community at Interstate 35W and Robson Ranch Road with more than 3,000 homes planned that will be built out over 40 years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bob Francis is business editor for the Fort Worth Report.
