Three out of four ZIP codes saw a decrease, with one decreasing by nearly 80%, data shows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diving in deeper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The largest share of homes sold in the <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/bay-area\/government\/league-city-approves-food-truck-policies-in-compliance-with-state-law\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bay Area<\/a> in June were between $200,000 and $399,999. Most others fell between $400,000 and $599,999, data shows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also of note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The total homes sold in the Bay Area decreased in June compared to the same month last year. Three out of four ZIP codes saw a decrease, data shows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One last thing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Median sale prices were varied in the <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/bay-area\/government\/kayak-launch-opens-in-league-city\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bay Area<\/a> from June 2025 to June 2026.
