Golf course vandalized in South Carolina: Here’s why no charges will be filed<\/p>\n

Two juveniles will not face charges after vandalizing a golf course in South Carolina; instead, the golf course said it wants to use this as a valuable lesson. <\/p>\n

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office said the vandalism happened on July 23 at the White Plains Golf Course in Pageland.<\/p>\n

Investigators said they identified two juveniles as the people responsible. <\/p>\n

They said they talked to the parents and reminded them of the curfew ordinance and issued them a warning. <\/p>\n

White Plains Golf Course decided not to press charges and instead use this as an opportunity for the juveniles to learn a valuable lesson about accountability and the importance of understanding that actions have consequences. <\/p>\n
