Operation Homefront is a non-profit, working to make back-to-school time easier for military families as part of their annual Back-to-School Brigade.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, they brought 400 backpacks to military kids in Jacksonville.<\/p>\n
Since 2008, Operation Homefront\u2019s back to school Brigade has provided nearly 600,000 backpacks to military families saving more than 60 million dollars in back to school expenses.<\/p>\n
Operation Homefront senior manager Rachael Tetraeau says this program will help thousands of kids this year.<\/p>\n
This is part of our back-to-School Brigade program where all across the country we are serving 40,000 kids with backpacks, school supplies, everything that they need to be set-up for success in the coming school year<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
