On Saturday (July 26), the team behind the dual shows at L.A.\u2019s Intuit Dome and Kia Forum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DMk0XNyRSyS\/?img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">released a statement<\/a> in response to \u201cmisinformation being shared online\u201d regarding funds distribution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe long list of performers at FireAid \u2014 which was livestreamed, and drew in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/music-news\/fireaid-raised-100-million-la-wildfire-relief-1235892015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more than 50 million viewers<\/a> \u2014 included Green Day with Billie Eilish, Jelly Roll, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Stevie Wonder, Lil Baby, Tate McRae, Sting, Alanis Morissette, Anderson .Paak with Dr. Dre and Sheila E, Dawes, John Mayer, a Nirvana reunion, Joni Mitchell, a reunited No Doubt, P!nk and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and many others. Funds were raised from ticket and merchandise sales, sponsorships, donations from the public and private gifts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn February FireAid reported its first disbursement of funds in the amount of approximately $50 million, and in June the distribution of a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fireaidla.org\/press-releases\/fireaid-announces-additional-25-million-in-grants\">second round of grants<\/a> in the amount of $25 million. It\u2019s expected that the remaining $25 million will be distributed by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn a statement shared Saturday morning, organizers said, \u201cThere has been an increasing amount of misinformation being shared online about the distribution of FireAid funds.
