FNTV<\/p>\n<p>Dockery of Springfield Gardens in Queens was struck with the bat in a confrontation over a car accident near Exit 21B at Farmer\u2019s Boulevard, sources said.<\/p>\n<p>He was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
