This list is not comprehensive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3400 at Cityline renovation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A corporate office space at <a href=\"https:\/\/zeller.us\/3400cityline\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">3400 at Cityline<\/a>, an office park, will undergo about $12 million in renovations, according to TDLR documents. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026087\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a> state the project will cover about 36,000 square feet and cost $12 million.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 3400 N. Central Expressway, Ste. 470, Richardson<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: Aug. 31-Dec. 31<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $12 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New AT&amp;T Facility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.att.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AT&amp;T<\/a> will build a new service facility with storage, an office and space for vehicle maintenance on Airport Drive in McKinney, according to TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026025882\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a>. The new facility will cover roughly 30,100 square feet and cost about $4.23 million. AT&amp;T offers internet and communications services, including mobile phone plans.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 2198 S. Airport Drive, McKinney<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: Oct. 1-Sept. 1 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $4.23 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MonkeyMoto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Motorcycle dealership and service center MonkeyMoto will finish out a new location in Denton, according to TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026025967\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a>. The space will cover about 22,300 square feet and construction is scheduled to be complete in December 2027. MonkeyMoto operates another location in Argyle, according to the company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monkeymoto.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 3451 N. I-35, Ste. 119, Denton<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: June 1, 2026-Dec. 1, 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $500,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>James Avery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new James Avery jewelry store will open next year in Denton at the Denton Crossing shopping center, per TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026025916\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a>. The business operates another Denton location at Rayzor Ranch. James Avery offers jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets and charms. An existing retail space will undergo a roughly four-month renovation to accommodate the jewelry shop.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 1732 S. Loop 288, Ste. 100, Denton<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: Sept. 28, 2026-Jan. 11, 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $423,800<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pinch a Penny<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pool supply store <a href=\"https:\/\/pinchapenny.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pinch a Penny<\/a> will start construction at the Trophy Club Plaza shopping center in early August, TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026112\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a> state. Pinch a Penny offers pool supplies like chlorine, pumps, and motors and filters.
