It was announced in March for an undisclosed site about five minutes away from\u00a0<a class=\"tag tag-195905\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bisnow.com\/tags\/hard-rock-stadium\" target=\"_blank\" data-tag-id=\"195905\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hard Rock Stadium<\/a>, according to\u00a0its website.<\/p>\n<p>EnSima&#8217;s sales gallery is expected to open in September to showcase the units, which are\u00a0starting at\u00a0roughly $593 per SF \u2014 a juxtaposition from the new-construction Miami condos that are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/luxlifemiamiblog.com\/exploring-miami-new-construction-condo-prices-a-comprehensive-comparison\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">selling for well above<\/a> $1,000 per SF.<\/p>\n<p>A roughly 650 SF one-bedroom unit starts at about $450K, according to EnSima&#8217;s website. A 900 SF two-bedroom unit starts at about $580K, and a 1,200 SF three-bedroom unit goes for about $770K.<\/p>\n<p>It is unclear when construction, expected to be \u201cexecuted by\u201d\u00a0TerraForm Development, according to the release, is projected to kick off.<\/p>\n<p>Ross\u00a0is no stranger to business ventures beyond his prodigious music career,\u00a0which has landed him\u00a0four Black Entertainment Television awards and nine Grammy nominations and allowed him to launch\u00a0his own record label, Maybach Music Group.<\/p>\n<p>He owns and operates nearly 30 Wingstop franchise locations\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/miami-com\/miami-com-news\/article264574796.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">as of 2022<\/a>\u00a0through Boss Wings Enterprises.
