Former UFC fighter from Nebraska arrested in Sarpy County<\/p>\n

The former UFC fighter was arrested on Monday evening in an alleged domestic violence incident.<\/p>\n

A former UFC fighter from Nebraska was arrested on Monday evening in an alleged domestic violence incident.<\/p>\n

Anthony Smith, 38, was booked on charges of attempted first-degree domestic violence, terroristic threats and first-degree false imprisonment.<\/p>\n

It’s unclear what led up to the arrest, as court documents detailing his arrest were sealed in Sarpy County.<\/p>\n

Smith is set to make his first court appearance on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n

Smith grew up in Nebraska City but fought out of Omaha. He made his UFC debut in 2013, before fighting his last fight in 2025.<\/p>\n
