Founder Ignacio\u00a0Torras&#8217; private art collection will displayed inside.<\/p>\n<p>It isn&#8217;t clear yet which dishes will be on\u00a0Mas\u00eda&#8217;s menu. The Houston team hired Spanish chef Lenin Busquet, who has worked in Madrid, Mexico City and Lima. Busquet was head chef at Annua in Spain when it earned two Michelin stars.
