The beautiful setting features a rotating tap list of Broad Street Brewing Beers and a menu of familiar favorites for a casual meal in the park.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The menu includes smashburgers, cheesesteaks, wings, fries and a footlong mozzarella stick. Everything is made to order on a food truck and served grab-and-go style in the self-seating beer garden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Broad Street Brewing launched its original brewhouse in Bristol, Pa. in 2023. The owners are Philadelphia natives and were looking for a flagship location in the city. They jumped at the chance to operate in Love Park opening the beer garden on July 4th.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The initial operation will be open through the fall with a smaller footprint during the winter markets. They plan to add a screen to watch games as they continue to evolve the space. Right now, they are utilizing the terrace of the circular building for seating overlooking the park.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">This is considered phase one of the project. The menu blends Chinese and Cuban flavors in casual cafe setting open for breakfast and lunch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Evan&#8217;s Chinese roots come from his mother&#8217;s family who left China in 1926, moved to Cuba before eventually landing in the United States when Fidel Castro took power. Along the journey the family flavors evolved combining Chinese ingredients with traditional Cuban meals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The signature sandwich is the Chibano, featuring slow-roasted pork with a Chinese marinade served on a roll with ham, cheese and haam choy infused sauce.
