Wilska: &#8220;Kaiku&#8221; opening reception"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Masure Gallery will present &#8220;Kaiku,&#8221; a solo photography exhibition by K.P. Wilska, a Fort Worth photographer who specializes in high-key, minimalist photography.<\/p>\n<p>Originally born in Finland, the exhibition title is from the Finnish language, which translates to the word &#8220;echo&#8221; in English. The exhibition explores ideas around built and natural environments through a series of diptych images.<\/p>\n<p>Through Wilska\u2019s signature high-key photographic style, curator Simone Fischer arranges his photographs by merging minimal and his lesser-known maximal photographs as diptychs. The result is a series of photographs that push and pull on the fraught relationship between natural and built environments. Without any obvious visual similarities, each photograph echoes a subtle visual harmony.<\/p>\n<p>Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on view through September 19.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Masure Gallery will present &#8220;Kaiku,&#8221; a solo photography exhibition by K.P.
