Westlake officials announce construction of data center near Keller, Southlake<\/strong><\/p>\n Westlake officials announced that a data center will be constructed within town limits in a social media post July 29. The proposed data center will be located south of the town\u2019s existing pump station at 13590 Denton Highway, also known as US 377. Dave & Buster\u2019s debuts 40,000-square-foot McKinney arcade, eatery<\/strong><\/p>\n Arcade and restaurant chain Dave & Buster\u2019s is now open in McKinney. The roughly 40,000-square-foot venue is the largest Dave & Buster\u2019s location in North Texas, Event Sales Manager Jeff York said. Frisco planning commission approves Trader Joe\u2019s-anchored mixed-use project<\/strong><\/p>\n Frisco is moving forward with plans to bring a Trader Joe\u2019s to the city. The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a zoning change at a July 28 meeting for a nearly 10-acre mixed-use development that could be anchored by a Trader Joe\u2019s grocery store. EoS Fitness revises opening timeline for Celina location<\/strong><\/p>\n EoS Fitness is now aiming for a 2027 opening date for its upcoming location in Celina, according to the company\u2019s website.
