The mother-of-six who was killed in a murder-suicide in Michigan \u201clikely died earlier\u201d than her six children, police told a local outlet.<\/p>\n

Kristopher Karolkiewicz, 47, and Amanda \u201cMandy\u201d Karolkiewicz, 39, were found dead along with their six kids \u2013 aged 5 to 15 \u2013 with gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n

Autopsies revealed that the mom and children were killed, while the dad died by suicide, police said.<\/p>\n

All eight family members were shot in the head, according to death certificates obtained by WLNS<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The documents also indicate that Amanda Karolkiewicz, 39, died \u201con or after\u201d July 23, but also notes the date of injury on July 24.<\/p>\n

All six children \u2014 Keegan, 15, Bennett, 12, Smith, 11, Ella, 11, Caroline, 11 and Theodore, 5 \u2014 and Kristopher Karolkiewicz died on July 24, the certificates seen by the outlet state.<\/p>\n

The times of death are marked \u201cunknown\u201d and the documents indicate that each of them died within seconds of being shot, according to the outlet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t have an exact timeline yet and are still working to establish that,\u201d Ottawa Sheriff\u2019s Office Capt. Jacob Sparks told WLNS in an email, noting that evidence and autopsy results suggest Amanda Karolkiewicz \u201clikely died earlier than the children.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Amanda Karolkiewicz<\/a> had allegedly shared a darker glimpse into her life in Reddit posts \u2014 accusing her husband of having an affair with a younger intern.<\/a><\/p>\n

Amanda Karolkiewicz wrote on Reddit under the username MandyK1179, the Holland Sentinel reported<\/a> after independently confirming the authenticity of the account.<\/p>\n

In one 2024 post seen by the outlet, she described how she met her older husband while she was working as an intern.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was divorced and older than me \u2026 fast forward ten years and five kids, he was cheating with the intern again \u2014 the same age I was when I was the intern,\u201d she allegedly wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter about a year of self-loathing, I remember crying and looking at myself in the mirror and realizing how\u2026 it was that I was the one who was living so miserably because of what he did,\u201d she claimed.<\/p>\n

\u201cI finally realized that I had been the only person who has ever showed up for myself my whole entire life.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, family spokesperson Emily Jones\u00a0told News8<\/a>\u00a0of the posts: \u201cI do want to make it clear that we have no way to confirm that that was Mandy that made the posts.\u201d<\/p>\n
