[Photo: Schumacher Electric]<\/p>\n<p>Fort Worth-based Schumacher Electric Corp., which offers EV chargers and a plethora of power conversion products, named Joseph Rainone\u00a0CEO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to welcome Joseph to Schumacher Electric,\u201d Board Member Lori H. Gonzalez said in the company\u2019s announcement. \u201cHis leadership experience, strategic vision, and proven ability to drive growth make him the ideal leader to guide the company into its next phase of success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership driving growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Rainone has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience that includes consumer products, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce. His experience includes both Fortune 500 and private equity-backed enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am honored to join Schumacher Electric at such a pivotal moment in its history,\u201d Rainone said. \u201cThe company has an outstanding foundation, a talented team, and a portfolio of trusted brands.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, Rainone served as CEO of Ubique Group, an e-commerce furniture company. There, he led the organization through tariffs, pandemic-related disruptions and supply chain volatility while maintaining double-digit growth and scaling the business. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Melissa &amp; Doug, Bayer and Hasbro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Schumacher Electric<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded nearly 80 years ago, <a href=\"https:\/\/dallasinnovates.com\/everythings-bigger-in-texas-schumacher-electric-corporation-relocates-its-hq-to-fort-worth-to-expand-its-vision\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Schumacher Electric moved from the Chicago area to Fort Worth in 2021<\/a>.
