He lives in Sydney.<\/p>\n<p><b>How did you get into Pilates and how long have you been practising it?<br \/><\/b>I got into Pilates after years of weight training because I wanted a change in my workout method. I\u2019d always known Pilates was a great workout, but when a friend suggested I try it, I brushed it off at first (like most guys do). Eventually, I gave it a go, and was hooked from the first class.
