The Plaza at Spring Creek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shopping center <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rue-re.com\/our-projects\/the-plaza-at-spring-creek\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Plaza at Spring Creek<\/a> will start complete construction in early December 2027, according to TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026680\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a>. The development will feature two parking decks, 11 retail buildings and two community green spaces.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Spring Creek Boulevard, Plano<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: Dec. 1, 2025-Dec. 1, 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $9.76 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Frisco restaurant shell buildings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two restaurant shell buildings are slated for construction in Frisco, according to TDLR documents. Both buildings are scheduled to start construction in October and wrap in October 2027. The buildings will feature a dining patio and total roughly 24,000 square feet. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026684\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">One building<\/a> will cost $4.19 million and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026688\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the other<\/a> will cost about $3.84 million.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 5101 and 5001 Jamison St., Frisco<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: Oct. 1-Oct. 4, 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $8.03 million (combined)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Burlington renovations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Burlington department store will install new restrooms, a new breakroom and offices as part of a downsizing plan at the Richardson location, per TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026549\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a>. Burlington offers clothing, shoes and home decor, according to the company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.burlington.com\/stores\/tx\/richardson\/531\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 300 S. Plano Road, Richardson<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: Oct. 1-May 1, 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $1 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Roanoke QuikTrip<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gas station and convenience store <a href=\"https:\/\/locations.quiktrip.com\/search?gclsrc=aw.ds&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=23727093258&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjw-MDTBhCgARIsAKAkdlQ3C6RAgFopuFRkz3g3oSUtFmWQiw61ZFVAXjgKLmp8jQ9NgMYBwY4aAuj2EALw_wcB\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">QuikTrip<\/a> is scheduled to start construction on a new location in Roanoke in mid-January, TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026565\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a> state. The location will cover 6,445 square feet and cost $850,000 to build.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: northeast corner of US 377 and Bobcat Boulevard<\/li>\n<li>Estimated timeline: Jan. 12, 2027-Aug. 30, 2027<\/li>\n<li>Estimated cost: $850,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Crunch Fitness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TDLR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026546\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">documents<\/a> state a new Crunch Fitness gym will start construction on North Watters Road in Allen. The work includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical renovations of an existing 7,000-square-foot space. Crunch Fitness operates several locations in North Texas with locations in McKinney, Plano and Frisco, according to the company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crunch.com\/locations\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: 510 N.
