Diego Montoya Gonzalez was shot by dad Malik Chandler, 31, in July after the 11-year-old\u2019s mother discovered a video on their daughter\u2019s phone that showed him sexually assaulting the girl at their Grove City, Ohio, home, prosecutors said.<\/p>\n

The next day, Chandler pretended to be his daughter on TikTok to get Montoya Gonzalez back to their home where he shot him twice, WNBS reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He told investigators he intended to just beat up Montoya Gonzalez, hold him there and then call police \u2014 but he thought he saw the alleged sicko reach for a gun in his pocket, picked up his gun off the counter and opened fire.<\/p>\n

When police arrived on the scene, they found Montoya Gonzalez sitting in a chair with two gunshot wounds. He was transported to Grant Medical Center in Columbus, according to WHIO<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chandler was charged with felony assault and his bond was set at $100,000.<\/p>\n

Montoya Gonzalez was indicted by a grand jury on Friday on five counts of pandering sexually oriented material, two counts of rape and one count of obstruction of official business.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors allege they found several videos on his phone showing the sexual abuse of children \u2014 including one clip of an infant or toddler.<\/p>\n

The girl\u2019s parents were in the Franklin County Common Pleas Courtroom as Montoya Gonzalez was arraigned on Monday<\/p>\n

A judge set a $20,000 recognizance bond and a $50,000 cash bond, WBNS reported.<\/p>\n

If Montoya Gonzalez is released from jail, he\u2019s been ordered to have no contact with the victim and her family and is banned from using the internet for any purposes outside of work.<\/p>\n
