{"id":980821,"date":"2026-08-04T20:54:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-04T20:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/980821\/"},"modified":"2026-08-04T20:54:15","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T20:54:15","slug":"the-voice-scores-celebrity-edition-at-nbc-with-joe-jonas-as-coach","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/980821\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018The Voice\u2019 Scores Celebrity Edition At NBC With Joe Jonas As Coach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/the-voice\/\" id=\"auto-tag_the-voice\" data-tag=\"the-voice\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Voice<\/a> is rounding up a group of celebrities to star in the long-running <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/nbc\/\" id=\"auto-tag_nbc\" data-tag=\"nbc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NBC<\/a> franchise for the first time and has tapped <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/joe-jonas\/\" id=\"auto-tag_joe-jonas\" data-tag=\"joe-jonas\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Joe Jonas<\/a> to make his coaching debut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The network is currently in production on <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/the-voice-celebrity\/\" id=\"auto-tag_the-voice-celebrity\" data-tag=\"the-voice-celebrity\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Voice: Celebrity<\/a>, which will see actors, musicians,\u202finfluencers,\u202fathletes, comedians, and reality television stars\u00a0competing instead of undiscovered talent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The show, which will essentially be Season 31 of the long-running music competition series, will also have a new host. Password\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/keke-palmer\/\" id=\"auto-tag_keke-palmer\" data-tag=\"keke-palmer\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Keke Palmer<\/a>, who had a guest mentor spot on the last season of American Idol and stars in Peacock\u2019s The \u2018Burbs, will host the show, in place of Carson Daly, who has hosted The Voice since its launch in 2011.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jonas will be one of the coaches, alongside <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/queen-latifah\/\" id=\"auto-tag_queen-latifah\" data-tag=\"queen-latifah\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Queen Latifah<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/riley-green\/\" id=\"auto-tag_riley-green\" data-tag=\"riley-green\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Riley Green<\/a>, who are coaches for Season 30 of the show, which will launch this fall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Voice: Celebrity will air next year in the spring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It marks one of the biggest changes to the John De Mol-created show, which has been a ratings banker for the broadcast network over the years. Internationally, there have been a number of spinoffs of The Voice, including a kids version, but those have not aired in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u202fThere will be new features such as\u202fVoice Boot Camp, which will give\u202fviewers\u202fa\u202fbehind-the-scenes\u202flook\u202fas\u00a0celebrities\u202fprepare\u202ffor\u202ftheir Blind Auditions, while the\u202fVIP room\u202fbrings artists together to watch their fellow\u00a0celebrities take to The Voice stage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daly will serve as a producer on the season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Voice is produced by MGM Alternative, Warner Horizon Unscripted Television and ITV Studios.
