PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 A chilling 911 warning preceded a deadly midtown Phoenix shooting<\/a> last month, and police have now arrested a woman and a teenager.<\/p>\n

Phoenix police arrested Teralyn Campopiano, a 21-year-old woman, and an unidentified 16-year-old on Monday, accusing them of murdering 58-year-old Donald Mucheck.<\/p>\n

On July 6 around 12:30 a.m., officers arrived at the \u201cCollins Off Colter\u201d apartment complex<\/a>, near 16th Street and Camelback Road, to find Mucheck shot outside an apartment. <\/p>\n

He was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n

Investigators found that Mucheck\u2019s phone contained text messages to Campopiano, who was using the name Nicole and with whom he arranged to pay for sexual services, court documents state.<\/p>\n

He texted her after an earlier visit, saying she stole his money, police said. Despite this, they arranged to meet again for paid sex, police said.<\/p>\n

According to court paperwork, Mucheck sent an Uber to pick up Campopiano. She was joined by the 16-year-old and another woman she knew and went to Mucheck\u2019s apartment on the night of July 5, according to police.<\/p>\n

Campopiano was dropped at the front, while the other two were dropped nearby.<\/p>\n

Documents state that Mucheck called police just before 12:30 a.m. to report he was fighting with Campopiano, that she would not leave his apartment, and that she was there to possibly rob him. Mucheck then told dispatchers she had left but that she had threatened to have someone shoot him. <\/p>\n

Just before 12:40 a.m., a neighbor called 911 after Mucheck had been shot. She was performing CPR when police arrived.<\/p>\n

The woman who was with Campopiano later told police that she saw Campopiano and Mucheck arguing over payment on the street, when Campopiano and the 16-year-old then started attacking Mucheck.<\/p>\n

As she walked away, the woman heard a gunshot, she told police. The woman said she initially didn\u2019t know which person had shot Mucheck but was later told by Campopiano that the 16-year-old had shot Mucheck and was scared, according to documents.<\/p>\n

Campopiano was booked into jail on one count of second-degree murder, while the 16-year-old was booked into juvenile detention. <\/p>\n

Campopiano is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond.<\/p>\n
