Morton Ave. to a report of a man who seemed confused refusing to leave.<\/p>\n<p>The man pulled away from an officer escorting him out of the store and kicked the officer, according to a police report.<\/p>\n<p>Lucas A. Magelitz, 24, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on charges of resisting a peace officer and aggravated battery involving a peace officer.
