\n\tDreamworks<\/a> Jr. has released the trailer for \u201cCoComelon<\/a>: The Movie,\u201d which brings the hugely-popular children\u2019s series to the big screen for the first time. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe trailer shows JJ and his friends searching for his stuffed bear, Boba. While looking in a lost-and-found box, they\u2019re transported into an unknown world where they must embark on an exciting new adventure to bring Boba home.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe film adaptation sees the return of Connor Esterson (\u201cSpy Kids: Armageddon\u201d) as JJ, Camden Brooks (\u201cSwapped\u201d) as Cody, Olivia London Leyva (\u201cLopez vs. Lopez\u201d) as Nina and Aerina DeBoer (\u201cThe Summer I Turned Pretty\u201d) as CeCe.<\/p>\n

\n\tNewcomers include Ike Barinholtz (\u201cThe Studio\u201d), Ego Nwodim (\u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d), Josh Johnson (\u201cThe Daily Show\u201d), Matt Friend (\u201cFamily Guy\u201d), Rhys Darby (\u201cJumanji: The Next Level\u201d) and Cristo Fern\u00e1ndez (\u201cTed Lasso\u201d).<\/p>\n

\n\tKat Good is directing \u201cCoComelon: The Movie<\/a>,\u201d which is set to arrive in theaters Feb. 19 and will be released by Universal Pictures with animation by the DNEG Group. DreamWorks Animation, Moonbug Entertainment, Flywheel Media and Prime Focus Studios are producing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tFeaturing performances by SZA, new original music will also be created for the film by songwriter and executive music producer Justin Tranter, who has previously collaborated with Chappell Roan, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cCoComelon\u201d began as a YouTube series in 2006 and now has over 200 million subscribers. The series teaches children life skills and foundational education through music, and its spike in popularity led to the series being picked up by Netflix, where spinoffs such as \u201cCoComelon Lane,\u201d \u201cCoComelon Classroom,\u201d \u201cCody Time,\u201d \u201cNina\u2019s Familia\u201d and \u201cJJ\u2019s Animal Time\u201d were generated. Disney+ will oversee the program beginning 2027 after Netflix opted to not renew its license.\u00a0<\/p>\n
