Shady\u2019s Burgers & Brewhaha offers burgers, more in Frisco<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Shady\u2019s Burgers & Brewhaha, a casual American burger restaurant and patio bar, has opened a new location in Frisco.<\/p>\n The newest Shady\u2019s location will serve visitors directly on the waterfront of Hidden Cove Marina on the east side of Lewisville Lake.<\/p>\n Shady\u2019s Burgers & Brewhaha was founded in 2013 by friends Greg Cooney, Don Bouvier, Anthony Bolner, Dave Swiney and Steve Gumbert in Richardson.<\/p>\n The menu features a variety of burgers, tacos, salads, sandwiches, wraps and a full beer and cocktail menu. Also available are milkshakes, non-alcoholic beverages, a full kids’ menu, monthly specials and side dishes.<\/p>\n Diners can arrive by boat and dock at the restaurant or drive in by car.<\/p>\n 2. Granny\u2019s Bakery debuts pastry-themed coffee bar in downtown Celina<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Granny\u2019s Bakery in downtown Celina has overhauled its drink offerings with a new coffee bar, owner Mikala Everson said.<\/p>\n The coffee bar is an upgrade from the bakery\u2019s previous selection of self-serve coffee, she said.<\/p>\n This summer\u2019s seasonal drink is a lemon pound cake latte, Everson said. Other bakery-inspired flavors on the coffee bar\u2019s permanent menu include banana bread, birthday cake, cinnamon roll and cookie butter.<\/p>\n 3. Yo! Bowl Chinese noodle house now open in Plano<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n The Carrollton-based restaurant Yo! Bowl has opened its second location in Plano.<\/p>\n Yo! Bowl has customizable bowls with mifen, a traditional southwest Chinese rice noodle, per previous reporting. Customers can choose their preferred broth, protein, vegetables, toppings and spice level.<\/p>\n The restaurant\u2019s first location opened in 2024, according to its website. Other menu items include rice bowls, appetizers like cucumber salad and scallion pancake and homemade yogurt desserts.<\/p>\n Owner Xinran Xu said the Plano location had its soft opening in late July.<\/p>\n 4. Hocco The Indian Kitchen now open in Frisco<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Hocco The Indian Kitchen opened in May off Preston Road in Frisco.<\/p>\n A company representative said in an email that the restaurant aims to bring \u201cthe authentic flavors of India to the United States through a modern fast-casual dining experience.\u201d<\/p>\n Hocco is backed by the Chona family, \u201cone of India’s most respected names in the food industry, whose journey began eight decades ago and has grown across three generations of serving exceptional food with uncompromising quality,\u201d the representative said. The brand has grown and diversified to include restaurants, cafes, ice creams and ready-to-eat foods to serve customers across the globe.<\/p>\n
