We could all learn a thing or two from our furry friends. One lesson is that we need to make time to play. No matter what age you are, we all need time to unwind. Whether you invite a group of friends to a game night or decide to put together a puzzle solo, finding entertaining activities to do can help us humans relax.<\/p>\n

A Bald Eagle, who goes by the name Aurora, is not shy about getting in some play time. In a video from the @christinescritters TikTok, this eager eagle is playing with a stuffed toy just like a little kid, and she\u2019s melting hearts all over the internet.<\/p>\n

This birdie knows how to have a good time! As shown in the clip, Aurora is having too much fun during her bath time. @christinescritters put in the text overlay, \u201cEnjoy watching Aurora play with her stuffed fish toy in her pool,\u201d and there\u2019s no question that people are entertained by this bird splashing around with her little fish.<\/p>\n

The video goes on to explain a bit about Aurora\u2019s past. @christinescritters added, \u201cNotice when she flaps how much shorter her left wing is than her right. For anyone that is new here, Aurora was hit by a truck 11years ago and badly damaged her left wing.\u201d Poor, Aurora!<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is now 12 years old and has been unflighted for 11 of those years. She is unable to return to the wild, so [she] has her forever home here,\u201d they finished.<\/p>\n

That makes this moment even more meaningful. This eagle has overcome horrible circumstances, and Aurora can still find pleasure in simple things like playing with a stuffed toy. She isn\u2019t only enjoying her days at her forever home. According to the post caption, Aurora has helped them \u201ceducate thousands of people about the dangers these beautiful birds face in the wild.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eagles are hunters, and they use their wings to catch fish<\/a> and other food, as well as for many other actions like building their large nests<\/a>. Not being able to fly would be devastating for any eagle. So we\u2019re glad that Aurora has a home, and that she\u2019s in good spirits these days.<\/p>\n
